Despite all the precautions, it is possible that damages occur during the shipping. In that case, we refund you the price of the damaged article, free of charge.

Procedure:
Damages during shipping must be claimed from the supplier immediately at the delivery of the good. You inform us afterwards by writing about the identified shipping damage. If you wish to send the goods back, please inform us in advance by E-Mail.
